  Newly elected President- Miracle The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Community Development Service (CDS) group has appointed a new set of executive members to lead its ongoing mission of promoting drug-free lifestyles and raising awareness about substance abuse across Oyo State. The appointment ceremony, held at the Akinyele Local Government Secretariat, was attended by corps members, stakeholders, and representatives of the NDLEA. The newly appointed executives expressed their enthusiasm and commitment to the task ahead. The team vowed to continue the fight against drug abuse by engaging in community outreach programs, educational campaigns, and partnership efforts with schools, local authorities, and youth groups. Medical CDS Group Brings Hope and Health to Vulnerable Children at Bethlehem Orphanage

In a heartwarming demonstration of corporate social responsibility, the Medical CDS Group recently visited Bethlehem Orphanage, where they provided essential healthcare, education, and joy to over 50 vulnerable children.  This outreach initiative was aimed at enhancing the well-being of the children and improving their overall quality of life. The team of healthcare professionals conducted free health screenings, identifying and addressing various health issues faced by the children.  Through interactive sessions focused on hygiene, nutrition, dental care, and disease prevention, the children were equipped with essential knowledge to promote a healthy lifestyle. The Medical CDS Group also donated vital medical supplies to bolster the orphanage’s healthcare facilities. Agro-Allied Corps Members Empowered with Skills for Jobs and Entrepreneurship at IITA Training

 In a bid to enhance employability and entrepreneurial skills among Nigerian graduates, the Agro-Allied CDS Group, in partnership with Agrihub Nigeria, organized an Employability and Entrepreneurship Training at the International Institute for Tropical Agriculture (IITA), Ibadan. A cross-section of speakers and participants engaged in the training . This pioneering event, the first of its kind by a CDS group, was themed "Building Employability and Entrepreneurial Skills for Sustainable Jobs." The lead facilitator, Mr. Tayo Fadare, shared expert insights on creating compelling CVs and navigating the challenges of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). He noted that many job seekers fail to align their CVs with ATS algorithms, which affects their chances in today’s competitive market. It was a full year, yet it seems like it was just yesterday that we started. Now, it’s already coming to an end. The event, held at the NYSC secretariat in Ibadan, highlighted the journey of these young Nigerians as they transitioned from university life to the realities of the workforce.
