NDLEA CDS Group Takes Fight Against Drug Abuse to Achievers College, Moniya
In a determined effort to combat drug abuse, the NDLEA Community Development Service (CDS) group visited Achievers College in Moniya. The event featured extensive discussions and interactive sessions aimed at educating students on the dangers of drug misuse. Habeebullah Itopa, the General Secretary, delivered an impactful speech highlighting the severe side effects of drug abuse. He strongly admonished the students against the use of drugs and the risks associated with self-medication. Mr.Adio Michael with state code OY/23C/3134, the President of the NDLEA CDS group, addressed the critical issue of antibiotic resistance. He explained how failing to complete prescribed drug doses could contribute to this growing medical concern.
